Purpose
The Fulbright Teaching Assistantship Program aims to
strengthen English language instruction at Argentine
educational institutions by establishing a native speaker
presence. At the same time, U.S. participants will gain
from intensive cross-cultural interaction and international
educational and/or research opportunities provided at
the host institution.
Specific
Eligibility Criteria
Proficiency in Spanish is strongly recommended. Successful
candidates must be articulate native-English speakers.
Benefits
Stipend, health insurance and travel. Extensions and
renewals are not available.
Duration
Eight months: March to December.
Deadline
The application deadline is October 31. Results are
usually announced the following spring. Application
forms are available from the Fulbright program Advisor
on your local campus, or from:
