Purpose
The U.S. Department of State's
institutional linkage programs support educational partnerships
between U.S. universities and foreign universities through
faculty exchanges on topics of mutual interest. Partnerships
typically focus on disciplines in the social sciences,
public administration, business, economics, law, journalism
and communications, and educational administration.
